Before I move on to the scripts that are way overdue (ohmygod dies) I'm glad the last key assignment ended on a good note heh  With approx 50% of preprep effort, I did what I couldn't with 100% (which also gave rise to uncontrollable nerves, fear and choking from my contracted throat as I forgot to breathe) Finally finally  I presented like how I did when I was in Uni - calm, confident and w eye contact (okay I still brought the notes w me) but I think being chill and fearless helped so much  (Gosh the fears of imperfect Chinese was so damn real the previous time and it just screwed everything)  I love to see many ideas presented on our tv screens, even though the possibility of having most of it is kinda low But thankful and grateful  (Even though it's rlly damn tiring to do the slides oh god) Okay after a meal w jojong (兩個宅女難得出門的日子) A good night's sleep is essential and hopefully full force to the CYE scripts 💪

It has been a super tiring first month of the year. It felt like I went back to the last sem of Uni when I had to finish 7 assignments/projects in one weeek and 6 in another  Only that this time, it's only approx three assignments and I'm feeling super shagged (yes I'm rlly becoming old)  That being said, this month has been really fruitful with loads of things learnt and senses turned on  Working on CYE allowed me to learn so much from my colleague - it was nearly like a one on one tuition on scriptwriting (tyvm al!) - setup payoff setup payoff setup payoff haha Going through a weekly (in fact more - from once to twice to thrice a week worth) of sitcom classes also ingrained the idea of 3act structure into my brain while giving me tips on writing jokes and punchlines  Super tired from all the classes and writing scripts and concepts but I'm glad I stepped out of the comfort zone and reaped rewards I wouldn't have 🙌 PS I wrote an ep on PCK woohoo!...

It has been quite a while since I feel so drained mentally and physically I can't even say that I'm contributing much in meetings cause my colleague's brains love so much faster than mine that prob 80% of the ideas are hers Gosh I never expected this project to be so taxing and urgent it's like killing me from inside 🙈 And fml, I just stepped on a moth I'm sorry :( :( :( 

「沒有理所當然的成功，只有不問收穫的努力」 - our producer :) As the show comes to an end I can't believe that I actually feel sad to say farewell to all the characters I would say this is the best story I've worked on - all credits to the supervisors - with distinctive characters and meaningful storylines, not to mention the various comedic moments that we laughed at while discussing and when they were later shown on screen While there are flaws here and there, it doesn't negate the enjoyment I gained from watching it as an audience, so many thanks to the production crew for bringing the story alive :) Despite the negativity many have thrown at the show due to the theme (and their usual cynicism), I'm glad that many more have laughed, teared, enjoyed and grew with the show over the past month  Thankful for the experience of being a small part of this show,  And may we all enter the new year with a more reflective self without losing  the innocence and humour in us :) W...
