我們或許常常都像這樣，獨處的時候，想得特別多，特別深，特別孤單，拿出手機，想跟誰說說心事，卻翻遍電話簿，撥不出一個號碼。好希望誰能在身邊，又好害怕誰出現在身邊；心裡有話，想有人聽見，可是講了以後，又有點害羞。獨處的時候，那麼百轉千迴，我們需要獨處，卻有時候也難以描绘獨處。所以，害怕獨處或享受獨處的時候，希望這首歌，能陪陪你。
