DHSGE ♥ our last, and our best performance :)

我們從不會彈琴的個體，變成了最耀眼的GWH吉他演奏隊
棒棒堂(6人的棒棒堂)的成長史
這麼久后終於看到他們合體於一個真實的畫面和影片
不是謠言，不是造謠，不是捏造事實，
而是坦承地面對並回顧當初的歡樂 :)
back to tonight's concert:)
this is not a true concert of DHSGE cause it's combined with 3 other performing arts group
however, the finale brought me a feeling that it's not 4 performing arts group,
it's one dunman high family,
and one proudly presented production of our successes :)
rather than a concert,
this resembled more of a syf presentation of dunman high
and indeed, i'm sure all of DHSGE peeps will feel that this performance did ourselves justice,
and definitely exceeded the playing at trcc where we claimed our GWH :)
as i look upon the skins of my left fingertips, i see dead and peeling off skins.
looking even closer, all i see is simply success and love and hardwork, regardless of pain, all for one DHSGE :)
Really appreciated those compliments made for Rain, as well as our performance including Vivaldi :)
Going further to appreciate the flow of Rain would make us recall how we have came together in one ensem and attain success eventually :)
the initial freedom and joy and just tiny bits of guitar playing here and there sounds just like the start of the song;
increasing intensity to meet expectations forced us to work hard for syf closing,
and the relaxed mood after the presentation and fusion concert where coup and mia improved greatly;
the return of stress as syf drew nearer, where all the auditions and failures entered with intense conditions,
more stress, more effort, more improvements till the current rainbow-ish standard that all of us are proud of as we tremolo our way through;
the enjoyment and little relaxation entered as we slowly had the songs registered in our mind;
till the eventual superb standard on the eve of SYF where our vigor and pride was evident in everything we did including ur unique singing;
and the final ending of tremolos which announced our final destination in DHSGE as we end it off with success and GOLD WITH HONORS
a point to note, our voices which differed us from other is equivalent to our efforts, and thus made rain and dhsge even better, because it is filled with pride, love, and effort of the non-singing-guitarists of DHSGE :)
Can't believe how far we have made it to, and i can't believe it has already been 1 year since we started playing toccata, dream, acorn, red sweet pea, ponyo, etc,
and the best ever blackout in TIMEPIECE II: DREAMS had made the process even more memorable :)
From Guitar 2 to Guitar 1 to Prime 1 (G008) to (and finally) Alto 2 (A14!) :D
From TIMEPIECE II to SYF Closing to SYF GWH :)
From DREAM to COUP&MIA to VIVALDI & RAIN
so much so much memories within just a year alone :)
i wouldnt lie and say i would like to go through another year of guitar again
cause it has indeed been tiring and draining and boring at times cause you're cooped up inside the room for hours
but i'm sure i would never regret choosing and persevering through in this wonderful guitar ensem that is filled with rainbows♥
what's more, it's an ensem of fun, joy, peace and laughter :)
glad that i got to know so many many more people in this ensem and even regained friendships that was distanced :)
even better was how this GWH ensem was built up not with elites, but with people who worked hard for the common goal! :)
it is our effort that brought us here, GWH GUITAR ENSEMBLE,
and it is with pride that we entered the PAC stage tonight, heads held high and present our master pieces
(nicely chosen and organised by our GWH conductor - Kevin Yeo)
and finally despite all that we have left are memories, we still had our lives rainbow-coloured and beautified by DHSGE♥
