I DID IT WOOHOO ❤️❤️❤️ Training was insufficient and irregular due to work (and procrastination) lol So many hiccups and injuries that made it seem like the race wouldn't happen - stiff calves one after another, no Internet no music, sore front of ankle, wonky knees, sudden rush of scripts such that I couldn't run near to the actual race - it's like what could go wrong all went wrong to help me prep for possible problems during the race lol (and I ended up buying two muscle sprays and kt tape and a hand roller without knowing how to use haha) Also researched alot more on the race like the route, stretches, refuelling strategy etc such such I got myself energy gels and a pouch to run with w pama's help So so glad these training runs paid off even tho the max I went to was only 14km and I was soooo unprepared hehe all was well in the end! 6hr45min is a longggggg time - so long that my phone died in the last 1.5km - but thank goodness it tanked till...
